The Harford County Health Department is holding its annual Spring Rabies Vaccination Clinics for dogs, cats, and ferrets that are at least 3 months of age. The first clinic is on Sunday, April 26 from 12-4PM in Havre de Grace followed by two more on Sunday, May 3 from 12-4PM in Aberdeen and Jarrettsville.
