Darlington Apple Festival
The Humane Society of Harford County has a booth at the Darlington Apple Festival on Saturday, October 3rd from 10am – 5pm. Come visit us and shop our selection of t-shirts, tanks, magnets, coffee, ball caps, jewelry, pet supplies, and more! All purchases benefit homeless animals at the shelter. Talk to our representatives about adoption, volunteering, fostering and all the other ways you can help homeless animals in Harford County!

St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Hydes is celebrating the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi with a blessing of the animals on Monday, October 5th at 6PM. Animals of all shapes and sizes are welcome, but for their safety, cats and small animals must stay safely contained in their carriers.
