Big Homie is incredibly friendly with all people, loves to cuddle, and will happily lean into your pets while purring up a storm. He enjoys being held and soaking up all the affection he can get.

Meet Lightyear. This handsome explorer crash-landed at our shelter after being found as a stray — but now he’s ready to blast off into his next big adventure: finding a family!
Lightyear is a sweet, smart, and playful boy who’s mastered all the basics — he knows sit, down, stay, and come, and sometimes even shows off his “sit” without being asked (because he’s just that good). He’s a big fan of treats, enjoys his walks, and loves a good game of playtime — though he might get a little carried away with zoomies or toy excitement, he always settles nicely and listens well. He even took a calm break sitting side-by-side on a stone bench, proving he’s got both energy and heart.
Lightyear would do great with kids and loves being around people. He’s not one to chase or bark at other animals — even sheep couldn’t break his focus when treats were involved!
