Each week we shine the spotlight on three pets that we think you’re going to love: a cat, a dog and one of our small critters. These pets – and all of the wonderful pets at the shelter – are looking for great homes like yours!
He’s large and strong, so he’ll do best with someone comfortable handling his size. Diesel isn’t much of a cuddler, but he’s a loyal companion who likes to stay close and relax by your feet. He has lived with children and other dogs and does especially well with an active family as he loves to hike!
She loves giving headbutts and will sweetly lean in for pets. She doesn’t mind being picked up and enjoys gentle attention from her people. Precious would do best as the only cat in the home. She’s a loving companion looking for a calm place to call her own.
She’s playful and energetic, but has a bit of anxiety that she is improving on every day. Once she feels safe, she’ll happily climb into your lap for pets and snuggles. With patience and gentle introductions, she may do okay with other dogs and will continue to come out of her shell, and will thrive most in her forever family’s home.
