Mutt Magic Training Services offers behavioral consultations at the Humane Society of Harford County on the first and third Saturday of each month, excluding holidays.  These free consults are held every half-hour from 11am-12:30pm, and are on a first come, first served basis. If you or a friend is having trouble, this would be a good service to utilize.
